Guide for Authors

No paper that has been previously published, that has been copyrighted, or that is being considered for publication elsewhere, should be submitted to the TOC. Nor may a paper that is under consideration by the TOC be submitted elsewhere.

By submitting a manuscript to TOC, the author/authors agree that the copyright for his/her/their article is transferred to the TOC, if and when, the paper is accepted for publication. The published articles are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution License (CCBY), which permits unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided each paper is properly cited.

We kindly recommend to all authors especially young ones to review again publication ethics. There are many good sources for reminding publication ethics e.g. visit COPE.
