Abstract

Hadamard matrices play an important role in the construction of symmetric and asymmetric orthogonal arrays of various strengths. In this paper, a new method is proposed for the construction of mappable nearly orthogonal arrays (MNOAs) using Hadamard matrices. [W. Li, M. Q. Liu and J. F. Yang, Column-orthogonality nearly strong orthogonal arrays, J. Statist. Plann. Inference, 215 (2021) 184--192.] used Mappable nearly orthogonal arrays for better space filling designs for computer experiments. The constructed MNOAs can able to accommodate more factors and have much better projection uniformity in comparison of existing MNOAs.
